I have known Jackie for almost two decades as we went to Middle School and High School together. Both Tom and her are now teachers and sports coaches for the same schools I went to! They had a gorgeous day for their wedding. She got ready at her parents house, which was a log cabin in Medford. The last time I was there was for a lake party in 8th grade. One of her bridesmaids was also a girl that I dated when I was in 4th grade. CRAZY!!! Jackie and Tom had their first meeting, ceremony and reception at Scottland Run Country Club in Williamstown, NJ. It was an amazing day and really fun evening. Jackie and her Niece did a special Justin Beiber dance routine for Tom. Another great couple and I wish them nothing but the best in their future together.

The website is already viewable by all iPad and iPhone devices, but now all our HD photoshow videos will be available to view on them as well. There is going to be a ton of new content and features that will be added in the coming months. I am looking forward to sharing even more of our experiences through the site.

McSteamy Beach Session- Getting to Know – Michelle & Todd – Wildwood, NJ

It was steamy hot and humid when we started Michelle & Todd’s GTKY session. I would estimate 110% humidity, but I am not Hurricane Schwartz. They have an apartment down the shore for the summer about a block from the beach. Besides the humidity it was beautiful out, so I had to have them take a dip at the end of their session. We had a great time together on the beach and can’t wait for their wedding next July at Windows on the Water in Sea Bright, NJ. Another amazing couple!

Holy Carnival! – Wedding of Tiffany & Don – Riverton Country Club – Cinnaminson, NJ

Tiffany and Don had a beautiful summer day for their wedding. It was also a very emotional day for Tiffany and her family since her brother passed away about a year prior to the wedding. You could tell he was in everyone’s thoughts and prayers throughout the day.

Tiffany and Don are a really sweet couple and a pleasure to be around. When Tiffany was getting ready in the morning, there wasn’t any music playing, so her dad put on some Beach Boys—it got pretty crazy from that point on. The ceremony was held at St. Charles Borremeo in Cinnaminson. The church-sponsored carnival happened to be in town the same week, so we had to get some images in there before it opened for the evening. (One of the couples I recently met with in my studio told me how her fiancé proposed to her at the same carnival last year!) My second photographer, Millie, helped to capture the day with me and was awesome as always. We had a great time shooting with the bridal party on the golf course of the Riverton Country Club, where the reception was held. For their wine bottle favors, Tiffany and Don used an image from their Getting to Know You Session at a hockey rink as the label.

Golf carts again…They should be standard at every wedding.

Getting to Know – Missy & Scott – Mount Laurel, NJ

I grew up with Scott and we both played basketball together in High School. He’s a really good guy and I’m so happy that he found Missy. She’s a fun girl and they happen to like two completely different baseball teams, as you will see in this post. I can’t wait for their wedding at the end of August. They are having their reception at The Historic Smithville Inn. I have not been there in a while. Smithville is beautiful and a very small and quaint town.

Nicole and Jim first hung out at Primo pizza on the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. As seen in their GTKY session last year Nicole and the entire family were amazingly accommodating and did a perfect job with her planning. This wedding was captured with my good friend Bob Lorusso. Nicole first got ready at The Merion with her 10 bridesmaids. The ceremony was held fairly close at Sacred Heart Church in Riverton. We followed up the ceremony with imagery from the Yacht Club down the street. I always find something crazy there. One year it was a person in a chicken suit and the following was a little girl with a pet pig. Tom from Alliance Video also was there with us for the day and he is always cool to work with. The reception was amazing at The Merion and my boy Terry O’Sullivan from DJ’s available provided the entertainment. This was also the first wedding where we had someone try to crash the wedding. Jim was like a trained Navy SEAL spotting this one. They are truly an awesome couple and wish them many years and little ones
